Em termos mais exatos, tratou-se de <strong>uma concelebra\u00e7\u00e3o em rito greco-melquita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presidiu a Congrega\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de hoje o Em.mo Sr. Cardeal Henrique Pla y Deniel, Arcebispo de Toledo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A entroniza\u00e7\u00e3o do livro dos Evangelhos em forma solene, como ontem, foi feita por Mons. Joseph Krol, Arcebispo de Filad\u00e9lfia, nos Estados Unidos. Estavam presentes na Aula 2.337 Padres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terminada a invoca\u00e7\u00e3o do &#8220;Adsumus&#8221;, o Secret\u00e1rio-geral comunicou aos Padres <strong>a morte de Mons. Aston Chichester<\/strong>, Arcebispo titular de Velebusto, que havia expirado uma hora antes, <strong>acometido de um mal s\u00fabito, no adro da Bas\u00edlia<\/strong>. Todos os Padres Conciliares recitaram juntos o &#8220;De Profundis&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foi distribu\u00eddo ent\u00e3o o calend\u00e1rio dos trabalhos conciliares do m\u00eas de novembro, que prev\u00ea a suspens\u00e3o das sess\u00f5es para os primeiros quatro dias do m\u00eas. A partir do dia 05 de novembro, haver\u00e1 sess\u00f5es todos os dias, menos \u00e0s quintas-feiras e aos domingos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Continuaram depois as interven\u00e7\u00f5es dos Padres, ainda sobre o Pro\u00eamio e o Primeiro Cap\u00edtulo do projeto de constitui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a Sagrada Liturgia. O Pro\u00eamio, depois de lembrar que a tarefa de favorecer e promover a Liturgia entra nas finalidades do Conc\u00edlio, sublinha que n\u00e3o se trata de fazer novos pronunciamentos dogm\u00e1ticos, mas <strong>de fixar alguns princ\u00edpios e normais gerais, deixando ent\u00e3o aos Peritos estudar as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es concretas<\/strong>. Com este fim, se chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para a necessidade de acentuar sobretudo a natureza te\u00e2ndrica (<strong>n.e.<\/strong> relativo a Deus feito homem) da Liturgia, seu duplo car\u00e1ter divino e humano, invis\u00edvel e vis\u00edvel, espiritual e jur\u00eddico, escatol\u00f3gico e administrativo. Sublinha-se particularmente a oportunidade de reconhecer, honrar e favorecer todos os ritos atualmente vigentes na Igreja Cat\u00f3lica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Primeiro Cap\u00edtulo da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, sobre os princ\u00edpios gerais da Liturgia, abre com um par\u00e1grafo [onde] \u00e9 definida a natureza da Liturgia. A obra da Reden\u00e7\u00e3o, anunciada no Antigo Testamento, <strong>\u00e9 continuada pela Igreja atrav\u00e9s dos s\u00e9culos<\/strong>, n\u00e3o apenas mediante a prega\u00e7\u00e3o do Evangelho, mas <strong>tamb\u00e9m por meio dos Sacramentos<\/strong>, para os quais se ordena toda a Liturgia.
